Thank you for partnering with Wave Byte. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and professional eCommerce experience for both our sellers and end customers. This document outlines the official guidelines regarding refunds, replacements, product listing responsibilities, and warehousing terms. By listing and selling products through our platform, you agree to comply with the following policy terms.

To maintain a high standard of service and minimize negative customer experiences, all sellers are required to:
Wave Byte shall not be held legally liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of inventory stored at our facility, unless such loss is proven to be the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a replacement unit will be dispatched within 24 hours, free of charge.
Alternatively, Wave Byte can coordinate a courier pickup from your location. A replacement will be processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of successful pickup. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories.

Wave Byte does not typically support refunds. However, if you voluntarily initiate a refund request, the following costs will be charged to your account:
