Welcome to Wave Byte Dropshipping, your premier platform for connecting dropshippers with a diverse selection of products and suppliers. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully as they govern your use of Wave Byte Dropshipping.

Authorization and Order Dispatch:

Wave Byte Dropshipping is authorized to dispatch orders on behalf of dropshippers as instructed.

Communication with Consignees:

Wave Byte Dropshipping will only contact the consignee of a parcel if instructed by the dropshipper or if urgent attention is required.

Account Termination and Customer Support:

Wave Byte Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate any dropshipper's account who fails to provide satisfactory customer support or respond to queries from Wave Byte Dropshipping staff in a timely manner.

Payments:

Payments will be processed according to the policy on the Wave Byte Dropshipping website, which may be updated periodically.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery:

While Wave Byte Dropshipping will make every effort to fulfill orders, delivery cannot be guaranteed in every case. Wave Byte Dropshipping is not liable for any business losses or lack of profitability.

Account Termination for Conduct:

Wave Byte Dropshipping reserves the right to terminate a dropshipper's account at any time for any reason. Any dropshipper using abusive language or exhibiting inappropriate behavior will have their account terminated immediately.

Tracking Information:

Wave Byte Dropshipping will provide tracking information and strive to update shipment statuses but will not manually track and report on every request. Dropshippers are responsible for monitoring their shipments and reporting any unreasonable delays to staff.

Accurate Information:

Dropshippers must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and regarding their business and brand names for shipment purposes. Any unethical practices or provision of false information may result in account termination and legal action.

Complaints and Refunds:

Complaints and refund requests will be managed by the Wave Byte Dropshipping complaints department. Dropshippers can request a review, but the final decision rests with the complaints department. Public complaints without following Wave Byte Dropshipping’s procedures may result in account termination. Complaints must be submitted through the ticket system provided by Wave Byte Dropshipping and will not be handled via WhatsApp or other third-party channels.

Legal Compliance:

Dropshippers agree to comply with all relevant e-commerce and dropshipping laws and regulations and will not engage in illegal or unethical practices while using Wave Byte Dropshipping.

Account Security:

Dropshippers are responsible for keeping their account login information confidential and for any activity under their account. Dropshippers must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and business information in their account profile.

Reputation and Operations:

Dropshippers must not engage in activities that could damage the reputation or interfere with the operations of Wave Byte Dropshipping.

Modification of Terms:

Wave Byte Dropshipping reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Dropshippers are responsible for staying informed about any changes.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of either party to exercise any right under this agreement will not be considered a waiver of that right.

Product Availability and Recalls:

Wave Byte Dropshipping cannot guarantee the availability of any specific products and may remove or change the selection of products offered at any time. In case of a product recall or issue affecting products sold, it is the dropshipper's responsibility to handle and respond to their customers, with reasonable assistance from Wave Byte Dropshipping.

Liability for Loss or Damage:

Wave Byte Dropshipping will strive to prevent serious loss or side effects but is not responsible for any loss or damage, including financial or health-related, incurred by the consignee from using products purchased through the platform.

Privacy and Data Protection:

Wave Byte Dropshipping is committed to protecting the privacy of its dropshippers and will not share personal or business information with third parties without express consent. Wave Byte Dropshipping will comply with all relevant e-commerce laws and regulations. We value your business and look forward to a successful partnership.
